During the curriculum development process, an effective nurse educator collaborates with partners and the community. The goal of this project is to work with your preceptor to improve and refine your lesson plan.
It’s possible that you’ve already given your lesson. If that’s the case, consider the steps you took to create it. Discuss the plan with your preceptor in depth!
Examine your lesson plan with your preceptor. Discuss your lesson plan and any obstacles that may prevent it from being implemented successfully. Reflect on your collaboration using your preceptor’s suggestions for improvement. Provide a brief response to the following in 200-350 words.
A description of the areas of reinforcement that have been identified. Reinforcement is the action or process of strengthening or reinforcing something. What areas should be strengthened? Is there anything else you’d like to add? Are there any strategies that you think could be improved? Reflect by looking at the evidence!
