I would choose this method since it provides one with a chance to effectively discuss every point and also replies to any question that might come through during the time of presentation. During the presentation, I will use general terms when referring to conditions that might not be known by the stakeholders in question. Oral tradition also allows one to use gestures that might or leads to a better understanding of the message being presented (Huber & Pallas, 2006).
Definition of terms
In this way, I would use terms known to the experienced stakeholders, then define their meaning in the interest of the inexperienced stakeholders. This ensures that the message is gotten by all and educates the inexperienced stakeholders so that during the next presentation, the terms will be familiar.
Being Straight to The Point
This is making sure that during the preparation of the report, the key points are well spelled out without really having to go to the minor details that might or may be unnecessary to the inexperienced stakeholders. This also prevents the audience from boredom that might lead to them not paying attention to the next points that might be of more valuable (Huber & Pallas, 2006).
Ways to Address Data Change Request by New Stakeholder
At first, one has to know why the request for the change is necessary. This allows one to know if the application is for the addition of data or the elimination of some data. It also gives one a chance to evaluate the request and see if it is necessary. It also allows one to know the benefits or the disadvantages of the data. The next step after identifying the requested change and its importance if the formulation of response towards the suggested change. It also allows one to know the level of effort needed in the formulation of the proposed amendment. With that understood, one will now be able to get to know if the change increases or reduces costs in the planned budget of the project. With all that information at hand, the requested change is now ready for presentation to the team responsible for the approval of the change. When the change is approved, the teams involved in the project are notified, and the change is done. If, on the other hand, it is denied, the project continues to completion (Podnar, 2014).
