Introduction
Despite the American working system seemingly becoming complex to most of its working-class citizens, there are still ways of maintaining a competitive advantage in the workplace. An article by Bradley University explains that the transition to or from an MSN program can be one of the toughest events to individuals who are not perfectly prepared.
The article highlights that an individual must be both psychologically and emotionally ready to encounter such challenges through a thorough academic background.
Academic Resource/Strategy 1
Being always on top of assignments.
One must be able to possess educational strategies such as being always on top of assignments. This aspect is most helpful in that environment where there is stiff competition, and people are majorly scrambling for the limited resources available. These are database that is equipped with the necessary and relevant information that is helpful towards the advancement of the career in nursing.

The second important resource is the attendance of the annual conference.
Some of the notable annual conferences include the AANP Specialty and Leadership Conference, the National Student Nurses Association Annual Conference, and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

How can one use these resources?
The mentioned resources can be used to the advancement of a career in MSN through various aspects. The general idea of coming up with a well strategy to be used by mental health care givers is to ensure that each and every aspect of the patients is well taken care of.
Additionally, it is also important to look into the welfare of the mental care givers through considering various aspects of their working environment which may involve looking into the various aspects that affects their work directly.
