Overview of the Strategic Management Project
The goal of the Strategic Management Project is to provide you hands-on experience with strategic management concepts. The project is spaced out over the course’s five weeks. The final Week 5 assignment demonstrates your understanding of strategic management and improvement in the creation of a presentation for Caterpillar Inc.’s management team.
You will act as though you are a new hire at Caterpillar Inc. headquarters in the role of Assistant Strategic Development Analyst for the purposes of the Strategic Management Project.
