The key factors involved in the organizational structures are based on technological transformation, environment, strategically behavior and the economies of scale. The organizational structure is related facilitate and make everyone perform his duties better while working with others. The decision-making process of the organization provides different services to the company in managing the financial, services and the physical resources. All the heads of the company are controlled by different mangers working and organizing people under their group. The 3 step approaches in the organizational structure defines the strategic flow for the company through which it provides the better objectivity and problem-solving behavior within the employees and the organization. Individual and groups are assigned jobs according to a structure that they can work in the better interest of the company. There are four skills needed for the better management of the organization that are; the employer should be convincing and able to define the objectives clearly. He should be critical in thinking and able to identify the complex behaviors for solving problems in the organization.
The people came from different ethnic groups and behaviors where they have learned the behaviors from their home places. They possess different knowledge and they belong to different working environment where they are gathering to perform a single task assigned to them. Sometimes people prefer to perform their work individually and their level of communication is not good towards their manager. The problem solving attitude is defined to be the manager’s behavior and attitude towards the employees. If the employer is not understanding the situation of the employee than there will be clashes among them (Schroeder, 2012).
FIRST CASE: CALVIN KLEIN
This could be defined as in case of the Calvin Klein has been facing the ethical dilemma. The first step of the problem solving; we have judged that the main issue of the organization is the weak decision of the firm and the organizational work. In its conceptual development ethical dilemma is faced where the organization is unable to meet the life line of the management working. The company is now facing the ethical dilemma where it has developed policies against the social and cultural values. These ethical values are the sexual arousing to sell the products in the market and especially capturing the young ones. They need to develop the structure for the policies and the framework of the rules and regulations up to maximum extent. There could be found the existed high risk of unethical behavior (Parmer and et al, 2010). For this we need to access the problem either it exist within the organization or not as provided by the 3 step theory. The organization is basically facing the ethical dilemma that could be resolved through the organizational theory as the fits problem is about the sexual controversies attached to the brand advertisement. It has reduced the company profits and put the stake at risk.
However in a company’s organizational structure, sometimes employees do not have the required information and the resources are not enough to cover all these expenses of the decision making process of the company. The organization has been facing the issue and the trying different polices and structures to increase the working of the company and get out of this issue. The issue of the organization is concerned with the human resources in the company, financial management and the different methods of marketing behaviors. The ethical study provides the definition of working within the organizational codes and conduct where the rights of the there on market should not be ignored. Calvin Klein provides the structure where the wages polies are followed exactly and no one has the issue with the financial and economic conditions as required by the investor. It provides theoretical framework to reach its goals but the main issue is with the advertisement and the marketing techniques used by the company (Nazir, Yahya and Shujahat, 2015).
SECOND CASE: HOI TING TONG
The organizational behavior could be seen in the hoi ting tong that is a great seller of herbal medicine to cover the muscular pain. This medicine is made up of the turtle shell. It has faced the management issue where the stores are opened at the places where they have lesser sale as compared to competitors. The employees are not working in favor of the company to earn higher profits and aside from this require increasing the salaries. There are different structures defined for the working such as the matrix structure where the people are provided with different task and they are expected to perform better in these conditions under the management control. There are major factors defined which influence the individual behavior such as demographical and the cultural development. They do not like to work under the strict management and were unable to meet their goals. The organization need to hire young workers as the Young and energetic have more adventurous and risk taking habits where the old age is found to be the followers. They are not ready to bring change in the organization.
In some cases the workers are ready to bring revolutionary changes in their work but this can only be done in a challenging work environment where they are given the opportunity to accelerate their performance. The people working in the team have more issue rather working alone. Everyone is responsible for the completion of the project rather working on their own. Group efforts are required to make the organizational behavior better. They need motivation and team leader who is polite and guide them to work better and understand each other. Team work is completely dependent on the leader. He should have the equality to work with others as the team member not like a boss. In this case the company member need motivation and they should work aside from all controversies attached as it is based on management decision not on their. These issues if not resolved on time they could affect the company future profits and the stake. The Company spends a lot on the organizational structure and it requires them to solve issues rather creating more within the organization (Rupasingha, 2013).
THIRD ORGANIZATION: MONSANTO COMPANY
The leadership provides the basic structure for the working in the organized way under a person. He divides work and allows us to handle this with some polices and the framework of rules. He provides employees the confidence to perform better and understand their needs of working according to their behavior. Major issues are relatively a new company in the agriculture field. Its mission is to increase production to it maximum and conserve more also. It has been named as one of the 100th best corporates. But recent controversies and the cruel behavior of the farmer’s had a negative impact on the company. The company has been facing the strong opposition due to the no acceptance of the genetically modified organism. The company should make analysis regarding the company policies to solve the problems. The company has been facing the people anguish and hate due to the noncompliance with their needs and knowledge (Anderson, 2014). Major problems faced by the company are controversies and the patents where any farmers even a store owner can sue the company without any solid ground.
The main causes of the company controversies are:
- Weak social media interaction
- Company’s weak policies regarding laws and regulation
- Weak management system where they do not meet the marketing trends about commercializing
- Wrong information about the company
These organizational issues could be solved easily under the three step method for problem solving as we have accessed the issue now it can be resolved easily through improving the management services and the providing right information to them (Keim, 2015).
CONCLUSION:
The use of technological development has a key impact on the organizational structure. The use of improved communication tools such as emails, mobile phones, and computer networking software’s has made it possible to provide better understanding about work and bring a harmonious and continuous relation among organizations. With the use of 3 step method where the theory provides the basic structure of the organization about seeking and solving problem provides the better way in organizational behavior.
