Although America has a very strong economy and military the people living in America are not living a healthy life its GDP is good but the people living in America are spending twice the money on their health care as compared to many other developed countries. The problem lies in their habits; they have some serious abnormal eating habits. They consume a lot of alcohol. Social media has affected their lifestyle a lot. They will try to reach every limit to show their good and happy life on social media. Overweight
Obesity is not just a problem it is a disease from which many American’s are suffering from it. The reason why there so many American’s are obese because they have abnormal eating habits they cannot control themselves from eating. They don’t physically need so much food. Because of their habit, they are triggered to eat all the time and they cannot control their eating habits so easily. Consumption of Alcohol
Many Americans love to drink alcohol. For many of them, not a single day passes without drinking alcohol. Alcohol is not good for your physical and mental health. Alcohol makes an of a person insane, He loses his sense of reasoning when he consumes a lot of alcohol and because of that, they do the silliest things imaginable. It makes them vulnerable and senseless. Drinking alcohol is a part of their culture, they know the fact that what it makes you do? But they still drink it after so many bad experiences.
Food choices
Americans eat a lot of junk food such as burgers, fries and other unhealthy things. Because of all these unhealthy food choices they are inputting too much saturated fat and sugar in their bodies. They also like to consume a lot of soda which contains too much sugar. When they are stuffing their body with so many unhealthy and inorganic things they are bound to have some health problems. There are a number of diseases and problems that people are facing because of their lifestyle. The people who have serious abnormal eating habits are obese, one out three people in America are obese. This includes children as well. A person who is abnormally fat has a high risk of having many diseases such as diabetes and blood pressure problems. Because of these diseases, the life expectancy of a person can be reduced by 20 years. Most of the overweight people in America have diabetes which is a very serious problem in America as it is behind the deaths of many American people. Drinking too much alcohol can make you an alcoholic being drunk all the time can have an effect not your body but on your memories as well. Alcohol also makes you feel bad which could lead to depression. Too much consumption of alcohol can cause diseases such as psoriasis and some other skin problems, it also damages your liver.
Another serious problem which American are facing is depression. Depression is a way more serious problem than some people think it is. The source of depression can be poverty, obesity, workload, family and social problems. These are the major sources of stress and depression.
