the assignment right of association
Description
this is my professor comments on the paper also there is a links that he want me to read and add to put my point across meaning my opposite view to make this paper a real position paper.
This a very good effort and I appreciate the clarity and coherence of your writing. The following are my recommendations to improve the essay and remedy the weaknesses:
You did not include the opposite view/position in the essay. As a result, the essay amounts to a summary report on the association rather than a position paper. Consider for example, the issue of conflict between freedom of association and anti-discrimination law. This is a controversial issue that requires you take a position. Accordingly, you ought to read the Supreme Court opinion in the case of Boy Scouts of America v. Dale (2000). I also provided you with the link (see below) to save you time .
